Morgan Rolontz, AIA, the president at R. Morgan Rolontz Architecture, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of architecture.

Well-regarded for his expertise as an architect, Mr. Rolontz has distinguished himself as the president of his self-titled firm since its founding in 2005. Based in New York City, RMR Architecture primarily specializes in luxury residential projects for individual homes, townhouses and apartments, as well as the design of office buildings, store locations and restaurants. Lauded for its keen attention to detail and the ease with which it accommodates the needs of its clients, RMR Architecture has garnered a laudable reputation for its ability to evoke an atmosphere of timelessness and modern elegance through its impeccable designs.

Prior to his current endeavors, Mr. Rolontz drew inspiration from the example of his parents, both of whom were inclined toward creative pursuits in their vocation and influenced him to align his professional interests accordingly. After completing coursework in architecture at Syracuse University in 1990, where he received a Citation of Excellence, he went on to serve as an apprentice architect at several firms, and eventually became a senior associate at Russell Riccardi Architects. From 1997 until his departure in 2005, Mr. Rolontz helped establish the firm’s reputation as one of the best-regarded residential firms in the city. As a commitment to his field, he has also maintained his affiliation with various organizations, including the American Institute of Architects and the United Latino Students Association.

Since embarking upon his professional journey, Mr. Rolontz is most gratified to have cultivated his skills in the arts of creativity, variety and building long-lasting relationships with his colleagues in the industry, be in client or builder. A natural people pleaser, he takes great pride in exceeding the expectations of others, and has long worked to continually expand upon and develop his skillset. In accounting for his success, which he defines as earning recognition for his creativity and an ability to address the needs of his clients, he largely credits his perseverance and gregarious nature. Looking toward the future, Mr. Rolontz aspires to maintain the small scope of RMR Architecture’s business model and continue working on an array of interesting and diverse projects.
