Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Rosser excelled at the Norand Corporation from 1984 to 1999. During his tenure within the company, he managed business operations for the eastern half of the United States, involving communications and handheld computer management for FedEx, Ford Motor Company, Chrysler and other similar companies. Adjacent to his primary professional pursuits, Mr. Rosser also remains active as a civic-minded citizen in his community, regularly participating as a bible study leader for the 200-person choir and orchestra at the First Baptist Church in Indian Trail, North Carolina.
Before embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Rosser honorably served in the United States Army for six years. During the first three years of his service, he operated within the 101st Airborne Division, and from 1979 to 1982, he worked with the United States Military Academy West Point as a member of the computer management staff. Mr. Rosser also previously pursued a formal education, originally attending Missouri Baptist College and subsequently achieving a bachelor’s degree in computer science in 1981 while serving in the Army.
To commemorate his achievements, Mr. Rosser has been honored on several occasions with a variety of accolades. To wit, he has been recognized as a Five-Star Wealth Manager by Charlotte Magazine three times, and for his military accomplishments, he was decorated with a Meritorious Service Medal and three Army Commendation Medals. In light of his fulfilling career, he has largely attributed his success to his faith, self-reliance, confidence and leadership ability. In the coming years, Mr. Rosser hopes to further maintain a healthy work-life balance, as he strives to successfully manage his business while also caring for his family.
