In the latter role, Mr. Givhan has helped to establish such popular local annual events as the Bardstown Road Aglow and the Wendy’s Holiday Tree Lighting, which have drawn tens of thousands of attendees.
Mr. Givhan attributes his success to his consistency, his dedication to following through and having a sound support system through his business partner. Among the many highlights of his career, he is incredibly proud of his professional longevity in the field of real estate, having consistently performed annually while remaining in a viable business position. He likewise fondly recalls a unique, $5 billion transaction in 2022, which occurred during a particularly trying time in his life.
