In his leadership roles, Mr. Smith largely oversees all daily responsibilities and operations for his business, including production, social media management, and working alongside various vendors. In his civic-minded endeavors, Mr. Smith regularly volunteers with Great Circle, a local organization dedicated to assisting children with behavioral health issues. To commemorate his accomplishments, he has been honored with several leadership and performance awards over the course of his career. He attributes much of his success to his passion, ambition and determination, and while he is grateful for his professional achievements, he is most notably proud to have raised his son.
