With 21 years of experience to her credit, Ms. Lyme has excelled as owner and founder of Executive Function L.L.C. since 2013. She began her career as a teacher and dyslexia tutor at Aspen Wellness Center from 2006 to 2013. She serves as a consultant, mentor, and trainer at Brain-Trainer International. Before embarking on her professional path, she pursued an education at The Ohio State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in education in 2001 and a Master of Education in 2002. She is a licensed K-8 teacher.
Beyond her responsibilities within the field, Ms. Lyme has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her professional circles. She donated to cancer relief and Female in Action, which helps women in the community who need resources. In addition to her primary vocation, she remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise. She was a member of Business Networking International and the Chamber of Commerce.
In light of her impressive undertakings, Ms. Lyme has accrued several accolades throughout her career. She was admitted to the National Honor Society and selected for the Dean’s List. She has determination and a desire to help people, particularly children, find natural methods to train their brains so they do not need medication. Her most notable achievement is her business, Executive Function LLC, keeping it in operation, and expanding to two locations. She is also a contractor for a tutoring company that provides grants for children with Individualized Educational Plans.
In the immediate future, Ms. Lyme would like to establish a retreat where people could come and de-stress, especially after the last few years with COVID-19. She believes many people are in a perpetual fight or flight mode, and would like to find a way to aid clients in this regard. She is also looking to get involved with remote brain training technology to allow people to train from their homes.
