He began his career as a field service engineer in the medical devices industry. He has garnered a stellar reputation with several healthcare companies in a variety of roles which include chief executive officer, chief operating officer, area director, vice president of service, director of marketing, global product manager, regional manager, and European operations manager. Before embarking on his professional path, he pursued an education at DeVry University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. McCall has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He contributed to his local community as a volunteer coach of the football and baseball teams. He found success with his written work “Seasoned Leadership: Basic Ingredients to Transform Your Work Presence” which will be published in 2024. In addition to his primary vocation, he remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. He was a member of the Brookfield Congregational Church and the Association of Field Service Leadership.
In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. McCall has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He has played a significant role in promoting diversity and inclusion in the healthcare industry and contributed to the establishment of robust women’s groups within traditionally male-dominated organizations. In the immediate future, he intends to author three additional books on leadership and management while remaining committed to endeavors that produce meaningful change.
