With 26 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Kalashian has excelled as owner and operator of Miltech, LLC since 2018. He began his career as a corrugator operator at the Packaging Corporation of America from 1998 to 2000. At Poblocki Sign Company LLC, he contributed as a machine operator and signage fabricator from 2000 to 2005.
Mr. Kalashian continued his career as a metal fabricator and welder at Benz Metal Products, Inc. from 2005 to 2007. He found success as the plant manager of the fabrication division at Eventec from 2007 to 2009. He established himself as laser manager of Technical Metal Specialties, Inc. from 2009 to 2013. He garnered a stellar reputation in service, sales, training, installation, and applications at Northland Laser from 2012 to 2018.
Mr. Kalashian earned a certificate in project management from Villanova University in 2006. He holds another in metal technology, trades mathematics, and structural welding from the Milwaukee Area Technical College. Additionally, he accrued a Six Sigma White Belt certification from the Council for Six Sigma Certification.
Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. Kalashian has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He contributed as a regular donor to the Milwaukee Rescue Mission. In addition to his primary vocation, he remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. He was a member of the International Fabricators and Manufacturers Association. In the immediate future, he intends to widen his company’s professional reach and work with additional businesses.
