Established in 2018, she has owned and served as the managing director of Medicorum360 LLC, a boutique consulting company that helps biotech, pharma and medical device companies achieve their goals by supporting their strategic plan and helping them organize and operate with greater efficiency. In this role, she steers the company toward a path of growth through collaboration and partnerships within the industry. Her responsibilities encompass supervising staffing operations, cultivating and managing client relationships, offering support to her team and developing strategies that empower clients to accomplish their objectives.
In founding Medicorum360 LLC, Mrs. Friese’s aim was to establish an optimal setting for professional health care interactions and foster collaboration between pharmaceutical firms and health care providers. She leveraged her extensive experience and passion for effective communication to create a unique work environment that delivers high-quality services. To date, Medicorum360 LLC has built and donated wheelchairs for veterans and supported Project DYNAMO, a nonprofit organization that aids veterans and relief efforts in Afghanistan, as well as contributes to the Children’s Specialized Hospital.
Prior to this, Mrs. Friese made significant contributions at MedForce from 2010 to 2017. She served as a team leader and group account director focused on client services, driving significant business growth year over year. Before joining MedForce, she held various account positions, honing her skills and expertise in team leadership and client management.
Along with her early professional experience, Mrs. Friese aligned her educational pursuits with her career aspirations, earning a Bachelor of Science in business administration and communication with a minor in pharmaceutical marketing from Montclair State University in 2000. Coupled with her education and career expertise, she has been fortunate to learn from a multitude of professionals whose impact continues to influence her personal growth and shape her current business.
Mrs. Friese’s dedication to excellence propelled her forward in her career. As a widely recognized and praised professional within her community, she has been honored as a recipient of the Project Boots Award, an accolade bestowed upon her by a client in recognition of her company’s exceptional assistance in the construction of one of their injection training facilities. Most recently, her team honored her for her boundless energy and dedication at the company’s annual team awards ceremony.
Looking ahead, Mrs. Friese is committed to expanding her team, taking on more leadership roles nationwide and deepening the philanthropic involvement of her company.
