Sanjay Parekh, chief executive officer at Trident EMS and founder and owner of Amson Consulting, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership in business consulting.
Across more than 30 years, Mr. Parekh has established himself as an expert in improving businesses worldwide, beginning with his role as vice president of Ohm Packaging in his home country of India in 1990. He gained further experience in management as a senior vice president at TPI India Ltd. and head of Southeast Asia executive management at Greif Inc. That latter position saw Mr. Parekh taking over a struggling Vietnamese company and turning it around in a matter of years, earning the respect of the organization’s board and its employees alike. That scenario served as a catalyst for the launch of his own business upon immigrating to the United States. Since 2014, Mr. Parekh has offered guidance to struggling companies through Amson Consulting. It was through Amson Consulting that he initially connected with Trident EMS as a management consultant; he was later asked to become the full-time chief executive officer for the company.
Mr. Parekh’s professional journey has been supported by his education. He earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai in 1992. Mr. Parekh is also dedicated to civic advocacy. In 2024, he became a board member of the Gujarati Society of Central Florida, an organization that celebrates Gujarati culture and heritage in the region. Mr. Parekh credits his success to his attention to detail and focus, as well as his compassionate approach to business. Despite working in positions of power, he prides himself on treating everyone he encounters with respect and kindness.
Beyond his career, Mr. Parekh is a devoted husband and father to one son. When he’s not working, he finds fulfillment in reading autobiographies, watching movies and spending time with his family. Moving forward, Mr. Parekh remains focused on his role as chief executive officer of Trident EMS, with the goal of making the company a leader in the market. He also hopes to finish writing his first book, which he began outlining during the COVID-19 pandemic.
