Ms. Caron attributes her success to her strong faith and consistent attendance at church, believing that divine guidance has played a key role in helping her achieve her goals. She values honesty and treats others as she would like to be treated, building trust with her clients by always going the extra mile. She also ensures that her clients can count on her to handle their needs with care, as she takes pride in making things run smoothly and is committed to providing exceptional service. For example, when facing a roadblock with an FHA-owned mortgage, she was initially denied three times by the listing agent but, through her persistence, reached out to her congressman. Thanks to her efforts, a congressional request was made, and the transaction was successfully closed.
Looking to the future, Ms. Caron aims to expand her business while continuing to enhance its operations. She prefers to be hands-on in all aspects of the industry, overseeing the work of her associates to ensure every task is completed meticulously. In advising aspiring professionals, she emphasizes the importance of continuing education, as there’s always something new to learn.
