Located in Columbus OH., the 25,000-square-foot venue which is one of the largest in downtown Columbus with over 200 parking spots includes an expansive event space, offering a versatile setting for dining and special occasions. Her experience also includes her role as a part-owner of Ohio Brewing Company in Cuyahoga Falls and her work in real estate and restaurant management. Additionally, she is actively involved in her community through her support of her local church. Originally from abroad, she and her husband relocated to the United States with the goal of establishing their own business. Together, they successfully built and managed their enterprise, navigating both opportunities and challenges. However, following the passing of her husband, she has assumed full leadership of the business.

For Ms. Veliu, from the initial spark of inspiration to seeing guests enjoy their beer and food in a vibrant setting, every step of the process has been deeply rewarding and personal. She believes that a love for beer is akin to a love for art, as creating new recipes blends creativity with craftsmanship. Looking to the future, her primary goal is to maintain her health, ensuring she has the energy and resilience to excel in both her personal and professional life.
