Before launching Fort Worth Heat & Air Inc., Mr. George worked for several refrigeration service companies, beginning at Tomtom Grocery Store. This foundational role shaped his career choice and passion for the industry. Mr. George attended trade school at night while working full-time. Soon after he began schooling, Tomtom was sold to Randall in Houston. He then became fluent in doing service work, which he has continued ever since.
Mr. George is highly qualified as a licensed contractor. His company is also licensed, bonded and insured and maintains an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. Furthermore, Mr. George is a prominent member of the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce, allowing him to network with other businesses in the area and promote his business.
Besides these accomplishments, Mr. George joined the Trade School Training Program for High School, which aims to recruit younger students who prefer learning a trade over attending college. Throughout his career, his most notable accomplishment has been providing mentorship to younger individuals, and he is very passionate about teaching them everyday life skills, from managing their finances to learning how to budget. Mr. George frequently involves these young men in the field through personal training. By setting an example, he aims to build character and encourage them to strive for their best.

Seeking to retire by age 67, Mr. George draws tremendous fulfillment in his role and all the positive outcomes he has acquired over the years in the industry. His future goals include enjoying a relaxed lifestyle where he can tend to the needs of his wife and mother.
