Reflecting on her path, credits her best friend, owner of McKamie Real Estate Services in Meridian, Texas, as her inspiration and support in becoming a realtor. With a successful career in property management and real estate since 1986, her friend often encouraged her saying that her confident personality and work ethic would help her excel in the field. Additionally, following a difficult divorce and job loss, her friend’s unwavering belief gave her the courage to invest her last paycheck in real estate courses—a decision she calls one of the best she has ever made. Today, she thrives in a career she loves, forever grateful for the encouragement and pivotal role her friend played in helping her unlock her potential. Additionally, her journey to becoming a top agent is an example of growth and resilience, as she is a survivor of domestic abuse and once faced homelessness after leaving an abusive marriage. One of the most pivotal questions she poses to the women she mentors is, “Will you allow your past to make you or break you?” She believes wholeheartedly in choosing to be made stronger by life’s trials, a belief that has fueled her drive and strength through some of the darkest moments.
In light of her impressive undertakings, Ms. Raushenberger was selected in 2024 to host The American Dream Network’s “Selling Texas” and was nominated the same year for a feature in Top Agent Magazine. She was previously featured in Top Agent Magazine in 2021 and has been recognized multiple times as a top agent in her area over the years. Looking to the future, she aspires to establish herself as a leading real estate specialist for Homes for Heroes. Her vision includes giving back $1 million to support local heroes in the community.
