Joseph Frei, owner and president of Frei Remodeling and Construction, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership in construction and remodeling.
Mr. Frei is the owner of Frei Remodeling and Construction LLC, a premier, third-generation, family-owned and operated construction and remodeling company in Southeastern Arizona. He has served clients at the helm of the company since 2007. Taking a hands-on approach to business, Mr. Frei meets with clients to ensure their goals are being met and their experiences are top-notch. He also frequently communicates with subcontractors, manages schedules and visits job sites, among other tasks. Before pivoting back into construction, Mr. Frei garnered success as an electrician with the Union Pacific Railroad.
Beginning his career at Frei Remodeling and Construction LLC many years prior, Mr. Frei grew up working for his father, where he became involved in various remodeling aspects of the design-build business. Founded in 1952 by Mr. Frei’s grandfather, it began as a ready-mix construction company. Over the years, it evolved, and in 1986, Mr. Frei’s father took over operations. In recent years, Mr. Frei expanded the business to include remodels, which he now has over 20 years of dedicated experience, particularly in kitchens and baths.
As part of his continued success, Mr. Frei is a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. Additionally, he is active in Business Network International. Mr. Frei attributes his success to his determination and dedication to delivering a five-star experience to his clients. He also notes his staff, who have remained committed to ensuring daily success through high-quality standards and craftsmanship, and his inclusion in “The Contractor Fight” by Tom Reber. In the coming years, Mr. Frei intends to continue expanding Frei Remodeling and Construction LLC, particularly the design-build aspect, while enhancing the showroom with additional designers. He also envisions adding several locations with more significant teams comprising project managers and designers.
