Mr. Marino began his professional journey in finance as a portfolio manager at The Northern Trust Company in Chicago from 2000 to 2002. Although successful in the financial sector, he ultimately chose to pursue a long-term career in the restaurant industry, helping drive substantial growth and success within the family enterprise.
Mr. Marino earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in management, with a major in finance and a minor in marketing, from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2000. This academic foundation has been instrumental in shaping his business strategy, operational leadership, and marketing approach. Additionally, Mr. Marino has maintained a food sanitation license since 2005, underscoring his commitment to quality, safety, and industry standards.
Active in the community, Mr. Marino remains engaged with local chambers of commerce and supports numerous charitable initiatives. Among the most notable are the popular “Enzo’s Beef Roll Fundraisers,” which have benefited schools, churches, and other local organizations.
A hallmark of Mr. Marino’s success is his innovative use of social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, to promote Enzo’s Pizza and Rolls, Crazy Pour Sports Bar, and Parlay Golf. His creative marketing has generated viral content, including widely recognized “cheese pull” videos featuring Chicago-style stuffed deep-dish pizza.
