Between 2011 and 2013, Ms. Lindsey excelled as an office manager at Le Medical Care, where she directed daily office activities, coordinated staff schedules and ensured compliance with regulatory standards. Her earlier experience included serving as a billing manager at Professional Health Care of Pinellas and at Family Practice and Infectious Disease Practice.

Ms. Lindsey began her career as a billing clerk at Bayfront Medical Center, now Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, where she developed foundational expertise in medical billing. Her early exposure to the field began at age 14 when she assisted her mother in the collections department on weekends. By age 18, she was independently managing billing tasks. This formative experience instilled in Ms. Lindsey a strong sense of perseverance that continues to drive her professional success.

Ms. Lindsey’s academic credentials include a medical coding certification from the American Medical Association, earned in 2008, and an associate degree in billing and coding from ATA College in Louisville, Kentucky, received in 2010. These academic achievements have provided her with a solid foundation for career advancement and have directly contributed to her expertise in billing and accounts receivable.

An active member of several industry organizations, Ms. Lindsey is affiliated with the American Academy of Pediatrics and Privia Medical Group. She is also active in the National Notary Association. Her involvement with these associations reflects her commitment to professional development and staying abreast of evolving best practices within the health care sector and beyond.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Ms. Lindsey has demonstrated a commitment to community engagement through roles such as head coach and cheerleading coach for the Northeast Bandits in 2012 and 2016, respectively.
