From 2004 to 2018, he managed operational strategies in his executive role while honing his industry expertise.

Starting at the construction level, he steadily advanced through progressively greater responsibilities, gaining comprehensive experience across all facets of agricultural infrastructure development. This extensive background laid the foundation for Mr. Nordhues’s later success as an entrepreneur and industry expert.

A respected member of the Grain Elevator and Processing Society since 2001, Mr. Nordhues remains actively engaged in industry developments and professional networking. His membership underscores his ongoing commitment to staying informed about best practices and emerging trends within the field.

Throughout his career, Mr. Nordhues has been recognized for his commitment to safety and operational excellence. He is a recipient of numerous recognitions from the Great Plains Safety & Health Organization, reflecting his dedication to maintaining high standards in workplace safety and health practices. Mr. Nordhues credits much of his success to influential mentors, including one with whom he worked at Cargill, whose guidance on professionalism and business acumen was pivotal in shaping his approach to leadership and operations.

Supported by his spouse, Brenda, who serves as the office manager at Precision Ag Construction and plays an integral role in daily operations, Mr. Nordhues continues to look toward future growth opportunities for the company. He also plans to expand his firm by establishing a new division dedicated to supporting the ethanol industry. He has already hired an ethanol division manager and is actively building the necessary infrastructure for this strategic expansion. Through decades of dedication, resilience and innovation in agricultural construction, Mr. Nordhues has established himself as a leading expert in building infrastructure for grain storage and processing, earning widespread respect from colleagues, clients and industry peers alike.
