Under Ms. Kellogg’s guidance, the company has expanded to employ over 25 individuals, several of whom have remained with the business for over a decade. Family members are also part of her dedicated team. Ms. Kellogg’s expertise in residential cleaning is widely recognized, and she takes pride in sustaining and growing her business year over year.
Among a range of services, Ms. Kellogg and her team offer expert deep cleaning options for every room in the house, either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. She also offers as-needed services. Ms. Kellogg provides free estimates. All her services are backed by eco- and pet-friendly products, and Dust n Time is both licensed and insured.
Expanding her expertise, Ms. Kellogg became the co-owner of Just n Time in Rehoboth Beach in 2014, a handyman services business she founded with her husband. In this capacity, she manages business operations, oversees administrative paperwork, trains new employees and coordinates scheduling. Ms. Kellogg’s responsibilities also include ensuring the delivery of high-quality residential and commercial services.
Just n Time specializes in small and large repairs, maintenance, and painting, as well as extensive remodeling and construction solutions. The company also offers free estimates and is licensed and insured. No job is too big or too small.
Before her entrepreneurial ventures, Ms. Kellogg gained valuable experience working with various residential and commercial cleaning service companies. She also held multiple roles at area factories in West Virginia, which contributed to her strong work ethic and operational knowledge. Earlier in her career, Ms. Kellogg spent several years as a laboratory technician at the University of Maryland.
Ms. Kellogg earned a diploma from Southern High School. She further enhanced her business acumen by completing coursework in business at Delaware Technical Community College. Ms. Kellogg credits her determination and perseverance as key factors in her professional achievements and ongoing success.
Ms. Kellogg is an active member of the Better Business Bureau, reflecting her commitment to maintaining high standards within her profession. She has also contributed to the professional community as a speaker at Delaware Technical Community College’s One Million Cups program on two occasions, where she shared insights on entrepreneurship and business management.
Beyond her business endeavors, Ms. Kellogg is civically engaged as a supporter and donor to several organizations, such as the American Humane Society and the SPCA International, Inc. She extends her philanthropy to various causes, including breast cancer societies, cancer organizations, recovery centers, autism organizations, local football teams and first responders.
