From 2021 to 2025, Mr. Garcia also served as the chairperson at Codeshore, further solidifying his influence on the company’s strategic initiatives and long-term objectives. His vision and executive acumen have been instrumental in shaping the company’s direction and growth in building next-generation digital solutions.

In addition to his work at Codeshore, Mr. Garcia is the co-founder of Kipup, a software-as-a-service enterprise that streamlines invoicing and customer relationship management for businesses. Initially joining Kipup as a developer in 2015, his significant contributions to the development of the software led to an offer of partnership. Under Mr. Garcia’s guidance, Kipup has enabled numerous organizations to efficiently manage their financial operations and reporting.

Between 2018 and 2020, Mr. Garcia was the joint chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors at Qualia Developments in Mexico. Through this venture, he focused on pioneering advancements in mixed, augmented and virtual reality technologies, positioning the company at the forefront of immersive digital experiences and contributing to his success today at Codeshore.

Previously, from 2016 to 2019, Mr. Garcia owned and served as the chief executive officer of Lemon Three in Mexico. In this capacity, he led a web development firm that delivered tailored website solutions for a diverse range of businesses, demonstrating his versatility across multiple facets of technology entrepreneurship.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Garcia contributed to academia as an engineering professor at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education in Mexico, where he taught courses related to software development and technological systems. His dedication to education reflects his broader commitment to nurturing talent and fostering innovation within the technology sector.

Mr. Garcia’s academic background includes an engineering degree in information technology from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education in 2015, followed by a master’s degree in computer and information systems security and information assurance from the International University of La Rioja in 2017. Furthering his technical proficiency, he completed coursework toward a computer forensics diploma as well as studies in legal informatics, business informatics, software development specialty and mobile device development at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education.

Mr. Garcia has been civically engaged as a board member with Mixen since 2019. He has also served as a guest speaker at major entrepreneurial events throughout Latin America and at various universities, sharing insights drawn from his extensive experience.

In light of his success, which encompasses expertise in entrepreneurship, executive leadership and technology, Mr. Garcia was recognized nationally when he received the Most Innovative Mind of Mexico award in 2017. He attributes this accomplishment and others to his talent, intelligence and perseverance, qualities that have underpinned each stage of his professional journey.

Mr. Garcia remains dedicated to guiding younger generations by offering mentorship and advice through conferences, striving not for recognition but for meaningful impact on those he supports. Looking ahead, he continues to work globally with emerging technologies, such as mixed reality and artificial intelligence, while advancing educational initiatives. Mr. Garcia is currently developing significant projects in Mexico City, Mexico, and San Diego, California, with plans to open schools in both Mexico and the United States, for students aged 10 to 18 through Codeshore Lab. This initiative will provide young learners with opportunities to work on real-world projects alongside major companies while earning income.
