Mr. Noriega has distinguished himself as a visionary entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as the founder and chief executive officer of Epic Brand since 2022. Under his leadership, Epic Brand has become known for its portfolio of digitally native brands operating exclusively online, with a primary focus on the home improvement sector. The company’s offerings include kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities and range hoods, all distributed through strategic partnerships with manufacturers and warehouses across the United States to facilitate direct drop-shipping to project sites. Mr. Noriega’s expertise in project management, marketing, sales and home improvement has enabled him to oversee nearly 10 brands while maintaining operational excellence.
A hallmark of Mr. Noriega’s approach is his commitment to integrating purpose-driven initiatives into his business model. He established EPIC Brand Cares, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization designed to channel resources from his brands into philanthropic efforts. Through this nonprofit arm, Mr. Noriega aims to support young entrepreneurs and individuals with promising business concepts by implementing a rigorous vetting process to select candidates for development each year. His vision is to foster a family of brands that actively contribute to both local and global communities.
Before founding Epic Brand, Mr. Noriega served as a sales director at Mayzon, a bath and home manufacturer, from 2019 to 2022. In this capacity, he was responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies and managing key client relationships within the organization. Mr. Noriega’s tenure at Mayzon further honed his skills in customer success and innovative marketing.
Recruited to Mayzon from CK Cabinetry, Mr. Noriega held the position of national account manager between 2016 and 2019, where he managed large-scale accounts and cultivated partnerships that contributed to the company’s success in the home improvement market. From 2014 to 2016, he excelled as a regional manager at CCI Systems Inc., an employee-owned solution provider specializing in telecommunications. Earlier, Mr. Noriega was a regional sales executive at Power Home Remodeling between 2013 and 2014, where he developed expertise in sales strategy and customer engagement within the remodeling industry.
Mr. Noriega began his professional journey in the retail sector as a general manager at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. from 2008 to 2013. Initially joining the company part time, he quickly advanced into management roles as the organization expanded internationally. After two years in retail management in the United States, Mr. Noriega accepted an offer to relocate overseas, spending over two years managing stores in the United Kingdom, Spain, Austria and France. This international experience broadened his perspective on business operations and leadership.
In preparation for his future, Mr. Noriega earned a Bachelor of Science in textile engineering from Philadelphia University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 2007 and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in international business in 2008. Notably, he played collegiate soccer until an ankle injury granted him an additional year of eligibility and allowed him to complete his graduate studies.
Mr. Noriega has been a professional member of the Forbes Business Council since 2025. Civic engagement has also been central to his ethos as both an individual and a business leader. He collaborates with Habitat for Humanity by donating cabinets and providing financial support for housing projects. Additionally, he partners with World Vision International by sponsoring four children in Zambia. As an avid golf player, Mr. Noriega aspires to soon work with First Tee to help instill life values in youth through golf.
In acknowledgment of his professional accomplishments, Mr. Noriega was named a recipient of the 40 Under 40 Award in 2024. He attributes much of his success to the values instilled during his upbringing in the church, particularly faith and work ethic, which have served as cornerstones throughout his entrepreneurial journey.
Looking ahead, Mr. Noriega seeks to expand the reach of his brands while deepening involvement with nonprofit organizations aligned with his mission. He remains dedicated to supporting emerging entrepreneurs who share a commitment to philanthropy and faith-driven business practices, ensuring that each new endeavor contributes positively to communities both locally and globally.
