Ms. Rahman is particularly proud of her accomplishments in commercial loan processing. When the loan operations department was divided into four specialized areas, she was selected by management to focus on this particular area due to her proficiency and attention to detail.
Having begun her tenure with the institution in 2013 as a vault teller, Ms. Rahman’s position required heightened responsibility and trustworthiness beyond that of a regular teller. That same year, she became a loan operations specialist, where she managed various types of loans and developed the expertise that would later define her career. From 2013 to 2016, Ms. Rahman simultaneously served as a lead teller, where she supervised daily operations and supported team members until 2016. Additionally, between 2015 and 2017, she excelled as an assistant branch manager, overseeing branch activities and ensuring high standards of customer service.
Ms. Rahman’s earlier professional experience included serving as a teller at First-Citizens Bank & Trust Company from 2012 to 2013 and as a universal banker at First National Bank of Omaha during the same period. In these roles, she provided comprehensive banking services and built foundational skills in customer relations and financial transactions.
Ms. Rahman’s career in banking and finance began at Wells Fargo, where she worked as a bank teller from 2006 to 2012. During this time, she consistently demonstrated accuracy and efficiency in handling transactions while delivering exceptional service to clients. Before entering the field, Ms. Rahman gained valuable experience in retail as a salesperson at Dillard’s between 2006 and 2007, honing her skills in customer service.
In preparation for her future, Ms. Rahman became highly educated, culminating in a master’s degree in zoology with a focus on animal biology from Eden Mohila College in Bangladesh in 2001. The discipline and analytical skills acquired through her advanced studies have contributed significantly to her professional achievements by fostering a methodical approach to problem-solving and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Ms. Rahman’s dedication extends beyond her professional responsibilities into civic engagement. Most notably, she volunteers with the Stephen Center, reflecting her commitment to supporting community initiatives and helping those in need.

At Wells Fargo, she was honored as a Top Regional Teller for five years and received the Top Balancer reward on a quarterly basis.
