Mr. Degre began his professional career with Ultimate Electronics in Las Vegas in 1998, quickly advancing from the mobile electronics division to installation foreman overseeing both mobile electronics and home theater installation teams across multiple locations. Following the company’s closure, he founded Audio Video Specialist before establishing Elite A/V | Smart Home & Automation Integration, transforming decades of field experience into a company built upon craftsmanship, accountability, documentation, and long-term customer relationships.
In 2026, Mr. Degre expanded Elite A/V through the acquisition of Pro Audio Home Theater Installation, strengthening the company’s engineering, programming, installation, and customer support capabilities while preserving its commitment to personalized service and technical excellence. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys classic automobiles, amateur radio, emerging technologies, entrepreneurship, and spending time with his family. He remains driven by a lifelong curiosity for electronics and communication systems—a passion that first began as a teenager building audio systems and continues to influence every aspect of his career today.
