Attributing his success to his faith and his steadfast desire to provide for his family, Mr. Dew was recognized as the Lean Leader of the Year by Kaspar Companies in 2020. He is likewise inspired by his passion to aid others in discovering the best path for themselves. Among the many highlights of his career, he is incredibly proud of his involvement in the turnarounds and restructuring of Kaspar Wire Works and Johnson Controls. Looking toward the future, Mr. Dew hopes to expand Huckleberry House LLC into a nonprofit organization that will provide support to individuals who have experienced the loss of a child, to which he can focus on solely while dedicating his spare time to his loving family.
