With decades of experience, Mr. Bornholdt has established a successful career spanning entrepreneurship, the military, and the pharmaceutical industry. He served as senior vice president of operations at Merck-Medco until his retirement. His experience also includes chief executive officer of Serria Records from 2000 to 2003, executive vice president at Existore Inc. from 2000 to 2004, and chief executive officer of Entertainment Designs and Electronics in Nevada from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, he served as executive vice president of operations at Merck-Medco in New Jersey from 1989 to 1996 and as senior vice president of operations at Medco from 1987 to 1996. Earlier in his career, he worked as a senior partner at Pharma Systems Control, held roles with Lazarus Department Store and Burroughs Corporation, and served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War from 1967 to 1971, earning the Gold Shield commendation.

Mr. Bornholdt laid a solid educational foundation, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Franklin University in 1975 and a master’s degree in operations management from Columbia University in 1992. He also dedicates his time with the National Rifle Association, American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and United States Chess Federation, where he holds a life membership. He takes great pride in selling the first Burroughs B800 system while still in training at Burroughs Corporation. Additionally, music has been a lifelong passion, having initially aspired to become a professional musician. Upon retirement, he pursued his passion for music by investing in a recording studio in Nevada, inspired by innovative military-grade storage units ideal for recording. His endeavors in the studio led to collaborations with notable musicians, including David Coverdale of Led Zeppelin.

Mr. Bornholdt also led Entertainment Designs and Electronics, where he marketed high-end controllers to Naval Air Station Fallon and affluent clients interested in luxury home theaters. Throughout his career, he has emphasized the importance of customer insight, preparation, and mentorship. He developed and implemented a business operations model to ensure consistency and efficiency, encouraging innovation when beneficial. His most rewarding achievements stem from his charity work and contributions to music. He excels in guitar, singing, and gospel song arrangement, mentoring others to refine their musical skills as a producer and performer at his church. He attributes his success to common sense, equality, and prioritizing the best interests of his company, employees, and customers. Looking to the future, he remains committed to sharing his knowledge, mentoring others, and fostering a positive impact in his community.
