He currently excels as a senior superintendent at Life Time Inc., a position he has held since 2022, while also serving as an independent distributor for Reliv International since 2019. His experience includes roles as superintendent at Colarelli Construction from 2019 to 2022, superintendent with Life Time Construction from 2011 to 2019, project superintendent with Life Time Inc. from 2007 to 2011, superintendent at Scott Homes Robson Corp. from 2004 to 2007, and superintendent at TCM Masonry Inc. from 2001 to 2004. Laying an educational foundation, he completed coursework in construction management at Chadron State College from 1998 to 2000 and earned an associate degree in information systems security and IT networking from ITT Technical Institute in Tempe in 2006.
Reflecting on his path, one of Mr. Court’s most notable career achievements was the successful management of an ambitious construction project within a remarkably short timeframe. While most building projects typically take a year to a year and a half to complete, he managed to construct a 207,000-square-foot facility in Des Moines, Iowa, from the initial footings and foundations to full completion in just eight months and two weeks. He attributes his success to the guidance of coaches in various sports who instilled a strong work ethic in him. For him, success is defined not by financial gain but by happiness and fulfillment. He believes that loving what you do makes work feel effortless. In the coming years, he aspires to become the owner of his own company. Additionally, Life Time Inc. is transitioning away from building their own facilities. As part of this change, he is moving into a new role as an owner representative and is beginning to hire general contractors.
