In her role, she oversees all operations and the company’s financials. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Ms. Morgan spent 15 years in retail management with Victoria’s Secret Pink from 2006 to 2021. Beginning as an inventory deployment analyst, she later earned roles as an inventory deployment manager, demand forecasting manager, and demand and deployment manager before exiting the company. Ms. Morgan also worked for Frey Scientific (now School Specialty LLC) as an inventory manager and merchandizing manager between 1995 and 2001.
Highly educated, Ms. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a concentration in sociology and a minor in child development from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio. Subsequently, she received a Master of Business Administration on campus, adding to her professional credentials.
Active in her professional community, Ms. Morgan is affiliated with the Mansfield Referral Association and ActionCOACH. She is also an ambassador of the Richland Area Chamber & Economic Development. Among other civic-related activities, Ms. Morgan has volunteered for the Richland County Dog Shelter since 2022 and has been affiliated with other charities, such as the United Way of Central Ohio and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio. Meanwhile, her company is affiliated with the Better Business Bureau and is recognized with an A+ rating, a testament to her and her team’s hard work and dedication to providing top-notch services.
Recognizing her success, Ms. Morgan has received numerous awards, including a Certificate of Excellence and Growth Award, a Business Excellence Award, and a Best Company Culture Award from Action COACH between 2022 and 2024.
