Arthur P. Bollon, PhD, chairman, founder and chief executive officer of Vitruvian Biomedical Inc., president and co-founder of Allosteric Bioscience Inc., and director and co-founder of SingPath Pharma Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and research and development.
Dr. Bollon, a leader in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, has been leading a diverse, rewarding career in various roles. Since 2006, he has been directing SignPath Pharma Inc., a company he co-founded and once served as its board of directors’ chair. Headquartered in Sandy, Utah, the clinical-stage company notably developed a patented platform technology called the CorreQT platform, which mitigates the cardiac side effects of other drugs, including cardiac arrhythmia and cardiac damage associated with chemotherapy.
Besides his success at SignPath Pharma Inc., Dr. Bollon founded and serves as the chief executive officer and chair of Vitruvian Biomedical Inc. since 2011, a biotechnology company committed to advancing medicine and is currently focused on Alzheimer’s Disease by relying on a breakthrough therapeutic vaccine that targets ABeta and TAU and an AD biomarker for early-stage detection. Additionally, Dr. Bollon launched Allosteric Bioscience Inc. in New York City as its co-founder and president. Since 2021, the company has focused on integrating quantum computing and artificial intelligence with biomedical sciences to create improved treatments for aging and longevity.
Highly educated, Dr. Bollon holds a Bachelor of Arts in biology and chemistry with a minor in art from C.W. Post College (now LIU Post) since 1965 and a Doctor of Philosophy in molecular genetics from the Waxman Institute of Microbiology at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, since 1970. Following college, he taught painting at Yale University’s Trumbull College, beginning in 1970. Dr. Bollon subsequently founded and co-founded several other companies, including Wadley Biosciences Corporation/LPL Partners, Cytoclonal Pharmaceuticals Inc. and HemoBioTech Inc. Outside of these ventures, he remains active as an artist and painting instructor, music composer, jazz and classical music performer, meditation teacher and fourth-degree black belt instructor of Okinawan karate. Dr. Bollon’s numerous accomplishments include securing U.S. patents in the biomedical sector. His artwork has also been exhibited in galleries throughout New York City and New Jersey. Today, Dr. Bollon is working on completing a philosophical piece that combines quantum physics, hard music and science.
