Bryan J. Hindman, minority owner and general manager of Archway Properties, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership in real estate.
Mr. Hindman is a seasoned real estate professional of over 15 years who co-founded and co-owns Archway Properties LLC since 2021. Based in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, he is involved in all aspects of the firm’s success, from operations, marketing and public relations to negotiating contracts, engaging in capital projects and managing rental properties. Fluent in both the commercial and residential sides of the business, Mr. Hindman is widely respected for his expertise.
Working alongside Mr. Hindman’s brother and business partner, the two siblings grew up in the construction business, working for their later father’s company. After his passing, Mr. Hindman and his brother, who also had experience in real estate, partnered to establish Archway Properties LLC.
One of Mr. Hindman’s most notable acquisitions was in April 2024, with the purchase of the 1912 landmark courthouse in Bartlesville, the second most recognizable building in the area and has since been neglected for many years. He and his team also acquired a building nearby and a more prominent building known as the Boom! Mobile Building, which was named after its tenant for his work in the cell phones and communications industry.
Apart from his vested interests in real estate, Mr. Hindman has been a dock controller at ConocoPhillips, a global oil and gas company headquartered in Bartlesville, since 2020. In charge of real estate and facilities services, his primary focus is on safety.
Before his commitments at Archway Properties LLC, Mr. Hindman was a general manager at Affinity Properties, a local real estate rental company in Bartlesville. As the agency’s general manager from 2018 to 2020, he was involved in every aspect of its operations and growth via social media, print media and physical signage. He also showed properties to potential tenants and was involved in the application process. Among other responsibilities, Mr. Hindman collaborated with the maintenance department regarding outstanding rental repairs and made court appearances on behalf of the company in matters of eviction.
Mr. Hindman also garnered experience in the industry as an operations manager at Summers Management in Bartlesville between 2010 and 2012 and as a regional operations manager at SELECT Commercial Services in Dallas from 2009 to 2010. Before pivoting into the real estate sector, he was a business administrator for Grace Community Church in Bartlesville between 2004 and 2007.
A graduate of Oklahoma Wesleyan University, Mr. Hindman was a double major, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in human resources management and services and a Bachelor of Science in leadership and business administration in 2004.
Beyond his work-related commitments, Mr. Hindman enjoys giving back to the communities he serves. He frequently volunteers and engages in fundraising events on behalf of SPACAR. He also tutors children through his local ministry and has spoken publicly before the Boy Scouts of America.
Eager for the future at Archway Properties, Mr. Hindman plans to remain steadfast about revitalizing approximately 10 neglected blocks in the area. He is presently negotiating the acquisition of a street mall to add to the new community.
