Earlier in 2023, Mr. MacDonald served as a senior data vault 2.0 consultant at Datavault AI Inc., where he provided expert guidance on complex data integration projects.
Among other notable roles, Mr. MacDonald was a senior data vault 2.0 practitioner at Cervello in 2023, an information technology and services organization. He also served as a senior data architect at IBM from 2020 to 2023, where he played a pivotal role in designing robust data architectures for enterprise clients, further solidifying his reputation as an authority in the field.
Earlier in his career, Mr. MacDonald excelled as a practice architect at TEKsystems Global Services, LLC, an industry leader in full-stack technology services, talent services and real-world applications, overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive data solutions for a diverse client base from 2017 to 2022. During this time, he was pivotal in forming and leading numerous extract, transform and load teams. Mr. MacDonald also held positions at Centric Consulting, Creative Computing Inc., ShapeUp Inc., now Personify Health, NHPRI and Creative Computing Solutions Ltd. He began his professional journey as a programmer at Elite Technical in 1999, before joining Ironside Group as a senior business intelligence consultant.
Born in Nova Scotia, Canada, Mr. MacDonald studied locally. His academic background includes an associate degree in computer programming from Nova Scotia Community College, earned in 1998.
