He initially worked in the oil fields but soon transitioned to a role as a welder’s helper at Streater Ray in Rancho Cucamonga, California. His dedication and skill quickly propelled him to become one of California’s top welders for power plants. Over the years, Mr. Miles advanced to supervising crews nationwide, managing over 35 team members and contributing significant value to his employer. However, after nearly two decades of service and facing dissatisfaction with the lack of recognition and support from his employer, Mr. Miles decided to forge his own path and pivot into entrepreneurship with the founding of Miles Mechanical Contracting LLC.
Mr. Miles holds a general contractor license in the State of Arizona. He is currently pursuing certification from the National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies to expand operations into more than 25 additional states. Mr. Miles’s commitment to growth is evident as he plans to open offices in Indiana and West Virginia within the next few years.
