Ms. Perkins earned an associate’s degree in law from Oklahoma City College in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and a bachelor’s degree in administration, business, human resources and statistics from Southern Nazarene University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, graduating in 2004. The combination of legal training and business administration has proven invaluable throughout her career, enabling her to navigate regulatory environments effectively while managing complex organizational demands. Among Ms. Perkins’s notable achievements are being named Florida State Swimming Champion as a child and receiving recognition as Best Night Student by the faculty at Oklahoma City College. Additionally, she earned the Shining Star Award in real estate. These honors highlight Ms. Perkins’s drive for excellence across diverse pursuits.

She attributes her success first to a godly upbringing that instilled strong moral values, character and integrity, second to unwavering support from her family and to the principles imparted by her parents that continue to guide her actions today.
