Ms. Watts oversees all aspects of the business, including financial and marketing duties and hiring new employees.
As part of her dedication to her current vocational endeavors, Ms. Watts remains affiliated with the Home Care Association of America and Alzheimer’s Arkansas. Prior to her current appointment, she accrued a wealth of experience operating as the senior manager of integration operations for Verizon from 2012 to 2019, having originally joined the company in 2009 as a director and integration lead. She also worked extensively with Alltel Wireless from 2000 to 2009, beginning as a retail sales manager and rising to the position as the vice president of retail services before departing from the company. Ms. Watts began her career in 1997, serving as a store merchandising manager for The Gap Inc. at the Park Plaza Mall until 2000.
Before embarking on her vocational journey, Ms. Watts pursued a formal education, earning a bachelor’s degree in fashion and merchandising at Henderson State University in 1992. In addition to her academic credentials, she is also a licensed dementia practitioner, and she was certified as a project management professional by the Project Management Institute. Well regarded for both her academic and professional accomplishments, she has been honored with several accolades over the course of her career. To wit, she previously received the Founder’s Cup, and she was recognized in the Top 100 for Best of Home Care.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Watts has largely attributed her success to her leadership skills, friendly personality, and insightful mind. Such talents have allowed her to hire the most highly capable employees and learn exactly what each of her patients and clients requires. In light of her many accomplishments, she is most notably proud to have raised her three independent and responsible children. In the coming years, Ms. Watts hopes to become more involved in volunteering services and with various boards so that she may better help the seniors in her community.
