In his current position, Mr. Farley is responsible for traffic control for lane closures, reviewing order materials, communicating with vendors, scheduling and coordinating with subcontractors. Prior to these roles, he garnered 13 years of experience with Kaiser.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Farley earned an associate degree. He attributes his success to his hard work, which he credits to his upbringing on a farm. In his spare time, he enjoys running his family farm with his brothers. In the coming decade, Mr. Farley hopes to retire and spend his time farming, raising cattle and traveling the country.
