She earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting from Lewis-Clark State College in 1998, laying the foundation for her professional journey. Her commitment to continuous learning is evident through her numerous certifications, including Certified CFO from The CFO Project LLC in 2023 and various QuickBooks certifications from Intuit, Inc. spanning from 2012 to 2019.
1998 to 2000. Following this role, she transitioned to Dome Technology, Inc., assuming the position of payroll administrator from 2000 to 2001. Her expertise further expanded as she took on the role of full charge bookkeeper and payroll admin at Bell Hardwood Floors from 2001 to 2005. Continuing to advance, she served as a staff accountant at Bailey & Company from 2005 to 2012. In 2013, Mrs. Sievers transitioned to the finance office of Shoshone-Bannock Tribes, where she made significant contributions as an internal auditor until 2015. It was during this year that she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey, founding Advanced Plus Bookkeeping, LLC. In her role as a professional bookkeeper and owner, she provided tailored financial services to a diverse clientele. Building on her success, she established Strategic Advisory Solutions in 2024, assuming the role of certified CFO and owner.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Mrs. Sievers is actively engaged in her community, serving as a board member and volunteer bookkeeper for a local senior center. Looking ahead, she is focused on expanding her financial offerings, aiming to contribute to her clients’ business growth and success.
