She played a key role in recruiting staff, training employees and building these centers from inception to full operation, a process that spanned two to five years for each site.
Ms. Rodriguez Sedo began her tenure at Western Union in 2006 as a customer service representative. In this foundational position, she handled customer complaints and witnessed firsthand the company’s transformation following its spin-off from First Data Corporation.
