His career also includes significant positions such as project developer at Huntington Remodeling from 2019 to 2021 and construction manager at Highland Homes from 2014 to 2021. His earlier roles included designer at Big D Metalworks and Efficient-Tec International LLC in 2013, as well as Project Manager at Continental Bronze from 1999 to 2003.
Educationally, Mr. Stevens holds a Master of Business Administration in organizational leadership from Alan Shawn Feinstein Graduate School at Johnson & Wales University, completed in 2012, and a Bachelor of Science in operations management from the same institution, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2010. His academic journey began with coursework in architectural and engineering technology at the New England Institute of Technology, laying a solid foundation for his technical skills.
In addition to his business ventures, Mr. Stevens is profoundly committed to education. He is a professor of carpentry and construction management at Collin College, having advanced from an adjunct associate professor role he held from 2019 to 2021. His work has also been recognized in “The Fabricator Magazine” in 2002 for his Staircase Project with Continental Bronze for Fidelity Investments.
Mr. Stevens’ engagement also extends beyond professional realms into civic duties. He is a member of the board of directors for GoSendMe Global, an organization focused on missionary care across 40 countries. His involvement is particularly concentrated on construction-related projects, offering both pastoral and practical support to the mission fields.
Outside of his professional life, Mr. Stevens is deeply rooted in his community and values time with his family. He is a member of several industry associations, including the Dallas Builders Association, the International Council of Architecture and Art, the National Association of Home Builders and the Texas Association of Builders, underscoring his commitment to staying connected and influential in the construction industry.
