Observing architects’ central role inspired him to pursue formal education in architecture.

In his personal and professional pursuits, Mr. Barrett is dedicated to building up those around him through mentorship rather than seeking personal recognition. He is committed to ensuring that his knowledge and ambitions are passed on effectively so others can achieve meaningful results in their own careers. Looking toward the future, Mr. Barrett remains focused on continuous improvement—striving not necessarily for greatness but for making each project better than its predecessor through thoughtful enhancement and dedication to quality outcomes.
